Red Skunk Beads

These are beautiful, spotted Red Skunk glass beads.  45 beads strung on original fiber string.  6 loose.  20 inches long.

Additional Information

The original glass beads came from Venice, Italy for trade purposes in Africa.  The oldest beads are still coming out of Africa, where they were used as trading beads, but these are very rare.  Red Skunk beads are typically red or black with spots or eyes, but they could have spots within spots.   The beads are valued by their age and condition.
