Pattern - (M) Frontiersman's Leather Accouterments
This package includes Two Rifle Scabbards, a Hawk Sheath, Half Leggings, Knife Sheath, Knife Scabbard and Shooting Bag Patterns. All of the leather items in this pattern were used by fur traders and Indians during the 18th and 19th century. These items may, of course, be adorned with beads, paint, quills, etc. and many times the decorations that were displayed on them were used to show status or clan and adornment varied from Tribe to Tribe.
