Shipping rates change often and rates are estimated on this site.  If the actual shipping charge is a great deal higher than what was collected, Cooperstown Trading Post has the right to notify the customer and request that additional shipping fees be collected, before items are shipped out.  This also applies to shipping outside the Continental US and Overseas.
This feature allows the customer to add and pay for extra shipping after the sale.  Extra shipping can be bought in increments of:

$1,  $5,  $10.
